Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District, is planning to solicit for a project requiring the provision of all equipment, labor and materials required to install a new prefabricated, (4) room unisex, ADA accessible restroom and shower building with a minimum of 10,000-gallon capacity septic holding tank at the Corps of Engineers Blackhawk Park Upper Campground near De Soto, Wisconsin.
The anticipated magnitude of this project will be under $350,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project will be 238120, Structural Steel & Precast Concrete Contractors. The resulting contract shall be a firm fixed-price contract. This solicitation shall be 100% small business. The solicitation will be a Request for Quote (RFQ). This synopsis is not a request for quotes, proposals, or bids. This is a notice that a solicitation for a competitive acquisition for the award of one firm fixed-price contract is intended to be issued via SAM.gov. The specifications will be detailed in the solicitation.
