Description

The New York State Office of Children & Family Services (OCFS) is seeking qualified not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organizations with experience in NYS child care regulations to deliver legally exempt enrollment services for child care providers in the five boroughs of New York City. The selected agency will manage enrollment and re-enrollment applications, conduct annual and complaint-based inspections, provide technical assistance, and maintain accurate records in the Child Care Facility System (CCFS). The contract term is from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2031, and the estimated funding is up to $12,359,000 per year.
