The U.S. Army Fort Belvoir Garrison is seeking a contractor to provide hospital-grade custodial services for its Child Development Centers (CDCs) and Youth Centers. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, Fort Belvoir Garrison - Scope of Services: - Hospital-grade custodial services for eight CDC and Youth Center buildings, totaling approximately 172,614 sq. ft. - Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual cleaning tasks - Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, equipment sanitizing, trash removal, and emergency cleaning - Specialized tasks: kitchen and laundry cleaning, floor stripping/sealing/waxing/buffing, carpet shampooing, window washing, high dusting, and light fixture cleaning - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, and supervision - Staff must meet security and health requirements - Strict quality control and safety standards must be maintained - Contractor is responsible for submitting cleaning schedules and reports quarterly and annually - The government may add or remove facilities and adjust service levels during contract performance - No specific OEMs or product vendors are mentioned; this is a service-only procurement - Notable Requirements: - Hospital-grade cleaning quality is mandatory - All cleaning supplies and equipment must be provided by the contractor - Emergency cleaning services are included in the scope - Compliance with security, health, and safety standards is required

Description

The Contractor shall perform custodial services in accordance with the PWS and the technical exhibits (T.E.s). Caliber of the cleaning service desired will be specified as hospital grade quality. During performance of the contract the Government reserves the right to add or delete facilities and/or the level of services required. A modification to the contract will be executed to incorporate these changes.
