Description
The Parish of Jefferson is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide Third-Party Claims Administration services for Liability, Workers Compensation, SELA/Property, and other assigned claims for Jefferson Parish and its Hospital Service Districts 1 and 2. The services include administration of the Parish's claims program on an annual flat-fee basis, including management of run-off claims. The contract scope is limited to claims administration and excludes services such as PPO networks, medical case management, vocational rehabilitation, medical bill re-pricing, life care planning, private investigative services, and litigation management. The successful firm must have at least ten years of experience and maintain an office within the Parish's Department of Risk Management to service claims.
