(Fisher brand) - Products Requested: - Two Fisher rotary valve assemblies: - 1 x NPS 3 rotary valve assembly (Part No. 8590 2052 Size 1) - 1 x NPS 4 rotary valve assembly (Part No. 8590 2052 Size 1) - Both valves feature: - Butterfly lugged body style - Raised face (RF) flanges, CL600 rating - Soft seal - Spring & diaphragm actuator - Linear characteristic - Specific valve tags (LCV-1 and LCV-2) - Notable Requirements: - Detailed material and actuator specifications - Certifications required for supplied valves - Manufacturer and country of origin information must be provided - Compliance with NIST SP 800-171 for non-COTS items; COTS items must be identified - Delivery to Silverdale, WA (FOB Destination)

To be considered for award, if the contractor (awardee) is required to implement NIST SP 800-171, the contractor (awardee) shall have a current assessment as detailed in DFARS 252.204-7019 (I.E., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation)

Items deemed to be Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) are exempt from NIST SP 800-171 requirement.  Must identify and provide information to contracting officer on bid during solicitation period
