This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This project is for Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area - Cyclic Clearing of Leatherwood Road Corridor, Scott County, TN.This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01.This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement.The NAICS code is 561730 Landscaping Services, Size Standards $9.5MTYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price Period of Performance 60 days after NTPSYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system.
