The procurement includes the OSCOR Max spectrum analyzer, SWARM MESA system, Portable Masking Kit, Physical Search Kit, and five-day training sessions for up to ten students on both OSCOR Max and Swarm Mesa systems. Bids will be evaluated based on total lot price, and only brand-specific products are accepted with no alternates.
