This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This project is for Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area - Cyclic Replacement of 4 BISO HVAC Systems, TN and KY locations.This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01.This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement.The NAICS code is 238220 plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning contractors, $19MTYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price Period of Performance 45 days after NTPSYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system.
