The District of Hudson’s Hope invites bids from qualified contractors for the complete demolition of the existing Community Hall located at 10310 Kyllo Street, Hudson’s Hope, BC. The work includes demolition and removal of the building and associated components, foundations, slabs, footings, appurtenances, below-grade elements, hauling, disposal, backfilling, grading, and site cleanup. Hazardous materials abatement will be completed under a separate contract before demolition. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a CCDC 2 (2020) Stipulated Price Contract.
