Ramsey County is seeking a prime contractor to provide supplies, equipment, materials, labor, and incidentals for the Public Works facility slab repair and roof drain piping project. The work includes removal, salvage or disposal, storage or replacement, and restoration of interior finishes, concrete masonry units, gypsum partitions, floor slabs, ceiling grid and tile, equipment, furnishings, fixtures, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. The project aims to facilitate the repair of under slab storm and sanitary piping at the Public Works facility located in Arden Hills, MN. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for July 16, 2026.
