Description

This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks qualified independent evaluators to provide evaluation, data collection, reporting, and technical assistance services for multiple state and federal grant-funded public safety initiatives. The scope includes evaluation related to law enforcement, behavioral health, violence intervention, crisis response, public health, and trauma-informed programming. Deliverables include evaluation plans, reports, recommendations, and support for continuous quality improvement. Evaluators will work collaboratively with city staff, community organizations, and other stakeholders while maintaining evaluator independence and confidentiality.
