The City of Orlando, through its Orlando Venues division, is seeking a contractor for a comprehensive, turn-key upgrade of the main bowl sound system at Camping World Stadium. - Scope includes: - Engineering, design, manufacturing, supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of a fully integrated sound reinforcement system - Main bowl loudspeaker systems, delay ring/fill loudspeakers, event floor or field fill loudspeaker systems, and portable event sound systems - Front of house (FOH) mixing console, wireless microphone system upgrades, digital signal processing (DSP) system, dedicated audio network upgrades, system power amplifiers, equipment racks, cabling, and related electrical power upgrades - Contractor must provide all materials, equipment, and services for a fully operational system - Anthony James Partners (AJP) is engaged as a technical consultant for specifications and input - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; opportunity is open to qualified proposers able to deliver a complete solution - Unique requirements: - Turn-key delivery including all engineering, installation, and commissioning - System must be fully operational and pass acceptance after three consecutive problem-free events
