NASA is seeking specialized services for the analysis of brain MRI images to quantify Spaceflight-Associated Neuro-ocular measures, supporting the Human Research Program. - Government Buyer: - NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC), Human Research Program, Johnson Space Center - OEMs and Vendors: - FLUX NEUROSCIENCE, LLC is identified as the sole source provider for these services - Products/Services Requested: - Advanced quantitative MRI ocular assessment services - Analysis of 27 brain MRI datasets related to eye structure changes due to spaceflight - 3D MR image analysis and post-processing for optic nerve sheath and nerve metrics - Data management, transfer, and reporting to the Principal Investigator - Quantities and Deliverables: - 27 MRI datasets to be analyzed over the contract period - Staged deliverables: 10 datasets analyzed by end of years 1 and 2, 7 datasets by end of year 3 - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must manage secure MRI data transfer and provide detailed quantitative analysis - Results must be reported directly to the designated Principal Investigator (Brandon Macias, Ph.D.) - Services are to be performed at NASA Johnson Space Center - Procurement is under a sole source contract with FLUX NEUROSCIENCE, LLC
