Mason & Associates, Inc. (sole source vendor with expertise in ValvTechnologies and Emerson products) - Products/Services Requested: - Eight (8) high-pressure, 3-inch metal-seated rotary ball valves with Grayloc hubs - Rated for 6500 psi and 500°F - Designed per ASME B16.34, with bi-directional and uni-directional sealing - Single Piston Effect or Self-Relieving Seats - Eight (8) 480V 3-phase electric actuators for the valves - 2-position isolation, fail-last-position, manual override, limit switch feedback, torque detection, and internal controller logic - Assembly, testing, and compliance documentation per NASA Langley LPR 1710.40 - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Valves and actuators must match existing system design specifications to ensure compatibility and avoid operational disruptions - Sole source justification based on vendor's regional presence, system knowledge, and OEM expertise - All valve-actuator packages must be assembled, tested, and shipped to NASA Langley - Compliance with NASA safety and documentation standards - Period of Performance: - 20 weeks for delivery and completion
