The Corporation of the City of Kingston invites qualified Proponents to submit proposals for the demolition of the existing building located at 38 Cowdy Street, Kingston, Ontario. The property is a former secondary school approximately 5,400 m² in area. The work includes designated substance abatement, full-service disconnection and abandonment, demolition of the structure and foundations, and restoration of all disturbed areas. The successful Proponent must complete all phases of the work within sixty days of commencement, with the site expected to be available around August 17, 2026.
