Description

This Request for Proposals (RFP) invites prospective proponents to submit proposals to provide services for the IT Service Management (ITSM) Software. The project includes procurement of an ITSM software solution with licensing or subscription, implementation, configuration, data migration from the current Ivanti Service Manager environment, integration with existing systems, testing, documentation, knowledge transfer, training, and ongoing support and maintenance. The procurement is conducted by the County of Grande Prairie, located in northwestern Alberta, and is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
