The Department of Homeland Security Fiscal Year 2026 Homeland Security National Training Program (HSNTP), National Domestic Preparedness Consortium (NDPC) provides funding to eligible applicants to develop and deliver training solutions addressing national preparedness gaps related to the NDPC mission.
