Description

The Cooperating Technical Partners (CTP) Program is a mechanism used by FEMA and the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) to deliver flood information to communities. CTP recipients develop flood hazard data and maps to increase public awareness of flood risk and support informed decision-making. The program aims to build local capacity and capability to reduce flood risk. For FY 2026, funding is focused on finishing existing mapping projects with allowable project types limited to Flood Risk Projects, Letter of Map Revision, and Project Management.
