Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) proposes to expand the geographic boundaries of the Purchased/Referred Care Delivery Area (PRCDA) for Ysleta Del Sur Pueblo (YDSP or Tribe) to include Dona Ana County, New Mexico. The current PRCDA includes the Texas counties of El Paso and Hudspeth, with Hudspeth County recently corrected as a clerical error omission. This expansion aims to authorize additional YDSP Tribal members and beneficiaries residing in the new area to receive Purchased/Referred Care (PRC) services, which they were previously ineligible for if residing outside the PRCDA.
