Description
The Department of Homeland Security's Fiscal Year 2026 Homeland Security National Training Program (HSNTP) is offering Continuing Training Grants (CTG) to support building, sustaining, and delivering core capabilities through training development and delivery. The program aims to achieve the National Preparedness Goal of a secure and resilient nation capable of preventing, protecting against, mitigating, responding to, and recovering from major threats and hazards. For FY 2026, FEMA plans to award cooperative agreements for two focus areas: preparedness for the 2028 Summer Olympics through a non-competitive process, and rural and tribal training through a competitive process. The grants will fund high-quality, evidence-based FEMA-certified training nationwide to strengthen core capabilities and close preparedness gaps.
