Description
The Cooperating Technical Partners (CTP) Program is a FEMA initiative to collaboratively identify flood-prone areas with communities. Recipients develop and maintain flood hazard data and maps to increase public awareness of flood risk and encourage risk reduction actions. The program supports building local capability and capacity, focusing in FY 2026 on completing existing mapping projects rather than starting new ones. Eligible project types include Flood Risk Projects, Letter of Map Revision, and Project Management. Total funding for FY 2026 is $41,000,000 across 9 regions, with expected awards up to $5,000,000 each.
