This notice announces the availability of the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Mississippi Crossing Project and South System Expansion 4 Project proposed by Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, LLC, Southern Natural Gas Company, LLC, and Elba Express Company, LLC. The FEIS evaluates the potential environmental impacts of the proposed pipeline projects, which include construction and operation of natural gas pipelines, compressor stations, meter stations, and related facilities across Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia.
