This notice provides an opportunity for interested parties to submit entries of appearance related to antidumping or countervailing duty investigations, orders, or suspensions. New interested parties must submit a new entry of appearance, while those previously included in the annual inquiry service list must submit an amended entry. The Department of Commerce will update the status of entries from "Active" to "Needs Amendment" to facilitate amendments and resubmissions. Once an entry of appearance is submitted by petitioners or foreign governments, they will be automatically added to the annual inquiry service list each year.
