Description
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Department of Homeland Security, is seeking to extend without change the currently approved information collection for the Request for a Certificate of Non-Existence. This collection is used to determine whether any immigration records exist for the subject of the request. If no records exist, USCIS will issue a Certificate of Non-Existence; if records are found, the requester will be notified accordingly. The notice allows an additional 30 days for public comments on this extension request.
