Sealed proposals are being solicited by Monteith/Balfour Beatty Construction, a Joint Venture, for the new Durham Public Schools Durham School of the Arts project in Durham, NC. The bid packages include Structural Steel & Decking, Final Site & Utilities, and Switchgear Pre-Purchase. Bids will be opened on August 1st at 2:00 PM and must be submitted by pre-qualified bidders only. Minority and Women Businesses certified by the Statewide Uniform Certification program are encouraged to participate. A pre-bid meeting for MWBE outreach will be held on July 9, 2024, and bid documents will be available starting July 1, 2024, via the project's Building Connected site.
