Clancy & Theys - The Daniele Company A Joint Venture is requesting bids for the Glenn Elementary Renovations & Addition ReBid. The project includes extensive renovation of approximately 70,000 square feet of existing building and additions totaling 54,600 square feet. Work includes renovation of utilities, student and bus drop off drives and parking, outdoor play areas, and demolition of a separate classroom building. Students will remain on campus during construction, and multiple phasing will be required. Bids are due by May 16, 2023, at 3pm at the Staff Development Center in Durham, NC.
