Durham Public Schools is seeking professional construction services for the Brogden Middle School Boiler Replacement project. - Government Buyer: Durham Public Schools, Durham, North Carolina - OEM Highlight: Lochinvar (preferred for boilers) - Products Requested: - Two gas-fired condensing boilers (Owner Preferred Alternate: Lochinvar Model FBN4001) - Two boiler pumps - Associated piping, vents, insulation, and accessories - New vent pipe for existing gas-fired domestic water heater - Replacement of original 2-section panelboard with new single section panelboard - Services Requested: - Removal of two existing boilers, two boiler pumps, boiler vent pipes, and domestic water heater vent pipe - Installation of new boilers, pumps, piping, vents, insulation, and accessories - Electrical work: panelboard replacement, extension/reconnection of feeder and pump circuits, provision of new boiler circuits - Unique Requirements: - Compliance with County of Durham Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) policies - Certification under North Carolina Statute 143-128.2 (c) and Iran Divestment Act - Statement of qualifications: experience in at least five similar projects within the past three years - Complete plans/specifications available from Sud Associates, PA
