Description
Sealed proposals are being solicited by Monteith/Balfour Beatty Construction, a Joint Venture, for demolition and abatement work at the new Durham Public Schools Durham School of the Arts in Durham, NC. The bid packages include BP-02A Demo & Abatement for Buildings 1 & 2, BP-02B Demo & Abatement for Buildings 3 & 4, and BP-02C Demo/Abatement Combo for Buildings 1-4. Bids will be opened publicly on March 7th at 2:00 PM, with the location and platform to be determined and noted in the bid manual. Only prequalified bidders will be accepted, and Minority and Women Businesses certified by the Office for Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB Office) are encouraged to participate. There will be MWBE Outreach and Pre-Bid Meetings on February 19, 2024, both virtually and in person.
