Description

The purpose of this special notice is to notify industry of the transfer of Department of Interior (DOI) Contract Number 140D0425C0027, awarded to ICF Incorporated, LLC ON June 26, 2026, to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) under new Task Order Number 7571MN26C00013, effective July 1, 2026.

All terms and conditions of the original contract remain unchanged, including:

-Period of Performance

This administrative transfer does not alter the scope of work, deliverables, or any other contractual language.
