The purpose of this special notice is to notify industry of the transfer of Department of Interior (DOI) Contract Number 140D0425C0028, awarded to ICF Incorporated, LLC ON June 26, 2026, to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) under new Task Order Number 7571MN26C00017, effective July 1, 2026.
