The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking a one-time delivery and onload service for 1,500 gallons of Shell Rotella T3 15W40 oil to Coast Guard Island, Alameda, CA, for the USCGC WAESCHE-751. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Coast Guard, SFLC Procurement Branch 2 (00085) - OEMs and Vendors: - Shell (OEM for Rotella T3 15W40 oil) - Products/Services Requested: - 1,500 gallons of Shell Rotella T3 15W40 oil (bulk delivery) - Delivery must include 2 male camlock fittings and 150 ft hose for onboard pumping - Oil onload service, including: - Mobilization of personnel and equipment - Coordination with USCG representatives for safety and pre-operational checks - Set up and execution of over-water oil transfer to the vessel - Preparation and submission of Over Water Transfer notifications - Provision of DOT shipping documents for signature and approval - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Only Shell Rotella T3 15W40 oil is acceptable; no substitutions or third-party brands - Supplier must be EPA certified for over-water oil transfer - Delivery must be completed within the specified window and pumped directly to the vessel - Payment will be made via credit card; bidders must include any credit card fees - Strict compliance with safety, notification, and documentation requirements

WAESCHE REQUESTS 1500 GALLONS OF SHELL ROTELLA 15W40 LUBE OIL TO BE DLEIVERED TO COAST GUARD ISLAND ALAMEDA, CA BETWEEN 10 JULY 2026-24 JULY 2026. NO THIRD PARTY VENDORS. AWARDEE WILL PROVIDE CERTIFICATION TO PUMP OIL OVER-THE-WATER VIA TRUCK TO VESEEL WITHIN 1 DAY. PAYMENT WILL BE MADE VIA CC. PLEASE INCLUDE CC FEES IF APPLICABLE.
