The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) is seeking an experienced contractor to provide turnkey construction services for the installation of a fire protection sprinkler system in the warehouse located at 1325 E Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV. The project requires bidders to be qualified with the State Public Works Division of the Department of Administration for the required cost category. An optional pre-bid conference and site walk is scheduled for July 9, 2026, at 8:00 AM at the project site.
