Description

The City of Irvine is soliciting proposals to establish indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts for Disaster Debris Removal Services. The contract work is expected to commence on or about November 1, 2026, and be completed by October 31, 2031, with an option to extend for an additional five years. The contract is usage-based and will only be activated in the event of an emergency. Contractors must hold a California Class A general engineering contractor license or list subcontractors with asbestos and hazardous substance removal certifications.
