This RFP is seeking approximately 23,000 square feet of usable area, but DCAMM would consider space of 22,000 to 24,000 square feet of Client/Customer Service Office space in Framingham, Marlborough, Southborough, or Westborough for a term of 10 years. The premises will house a local service office of the Department of Children and Families, which delivers services including counseling, foster care placement, supervised family visits, adoption services, and homemaker training.
