The City of Durham's Cultural and Public Art Program is soliciting proposals from qualified not-for-profit organizations and festival organizers partnering with not-for-profit agencies. The proposals should feature festivals and events that highlight arts and culture, including art, dance, history, heritage, literary arts, performing arts, music, and/or culture within the City of Durham and/or Durham County.
