The County of McHenry is seeking bids from qualified roofing contractors for the roof replacement at the 400 Russel Court Building in Woodstock, IL. The project includes alteration of approximately 7,800 square feet of roofing, site restoration as needed, installation of fully adhered single ply roofing systems, pre-finished metal coping, sheetmetal downspouts, and fabrication and installation of a new metal roof ladder.
