Description

This Invitation to Bid is for the reconstruction of approximately 480 lineal feet of 31-foot wide existing concrete pavement with new 6-inch Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) pavement on a drainable subbase with subdrains on Turnberry Lane and Thomas Court. The project includes removal and replacement of driveway approaches, partial reconstruction of sidewalks, storm sewer intake reconstruction and adjustments, sodding, erosion control, traffic control, and other related work. Work must commence on or after July 22, 2026, and be completed within 60 calendar days or by October 15, 2026, whichever comes first. Liquidated damages of $500 per calendar day will be charged for delays past the completion date.
