Description

The Town of Hudson, New Hampshire is seeking proposals from qualified firms, organizations, or development teams for a partnership opportunity involving the beneficial use of approximately eight (8) acres of Town-controlled land within or adjacent to the Hudson landfill/transfer station area. The goal is to identify a responsible third party that can utilize the area in a manner that provides measurable value to the Town, offsets municipal costs, and remains compatible with existing Town operations and regulatory requirements. Proposals must demonstrate technical, financial, environmental, and operational ability, and comply with all local, state, and federal permits and approvals. The Town encourages site visits by appointment and will evaluate proposals based on qualifications, compatibility, regulatory approach, schedule, and financial benefits to the Town.
