Description
The Judiciary, State of Hawaii is seeking qualified organizations or independent providers to manage and provide legal counsel services for indigent parents who are parties in Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 587A proceedings in the Family Court of the First Circuit, including related specialty courts such as Family Drug Court and Na Kama Lei. Contracts will be awarded for an initial term commencing upon execution and ending on June 30, 2027, with the option to extend for up to three additional twelve-month periods, subject to availability of funds and satisfactory performance.
