The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Program Management Air (PMA) 273 located at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to procure Logistics Support Services to provide Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) data for the identification and mitigation of Obsolescence issues in the TH-73 fleet to provide support to the PMA-273 TH-73 Naval Undergraduate Flight Training Systems Program.
