Description
This project involves constructing a decomposed granite pedestrian path along the south parkway of La Costa Ave from Vulcan Ave to the Interstate 5 Southbound On-ramp. The work includes removal of private improvements and landscaping within the right-of-way, construction of new ADA curb ramps, a retaining wall, driveway replacements, utility adjustments and relocations, and installation of a modular wetlands BMP. Additionally, the street intersection between La Costa Ct and La Costa Ave will be rebuilt for ADA compliance, and the bike lane will be moved south with re-striping to replace the pedestrian path within the street pavement.
