Description

The Department of Design and Construction is seeking a Special Inspector to provide special inspection services for the CO306EXT2 - 170 East 121 Street Harlem Courthouse project. The scope includes removal and replacement of roofing, masonry restoration, stone and brick repairs, structural stabilization, window replacement, and more. The work aims to verify that construction activities comply with approved documents and codes. Vendors must be logged into their vendor PASSPort account to participate.
