Description
This project involves all labor, material, and equipment required to provide site improvements for a 71'-6" x 40' modular building at Arvin High School. The scope includes demolition of existing grade and underground utilities, irrigation line adjustments, site grading, concrete footings and flatwork, utility relocations, fencing, gates, landscaping, fire extinguisher installation, signage, trenching, underground conduits, and connecting all required utility services to the modular building. The contractor must coordinate with the modular building supplier for delivery and installation. The project duration is 50 calendar days with an estimated value of $990,000.
