The City of Pasadena is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a Police Crisis Negotiation Team (CNT) Van and/or upfitting services. The vehicle will be a 2026 Ford Transit Cargo Van with custom modifications including generator, electrical system, HVAC, emergency equipment, interior features, communication radios, and safety features. This van will support the Pasadena Police Department's critical incident response needs. Bids must be submitted electronically by July 30, 2026, 10:00 PM through the Pasadena eProcurement Portal.
