PRON: AX6C0491AX.  The Government proposes to acquire on a Firm Fixed Price contract a quantity of 120 each of a CLUTCH ASSEMBLY, CEN: NSN: 1615-01-305-6943; Part Number: 107DS214-8 applicable to the CHINOOK.

Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 120 each, 855 Days After Contract Award (DACA).  PLT without First Article Testing is 120 each, 570 DACA with deliveries to CORPUS CHRISTI, TX, 78419-5255.
