Description

The 409th Contracting Support Brigade intends to issue a solicitation for preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, emergency response, testing, inspection, and reporting services for Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Public Address (PA), and Fire Detection Systems (FDS) located at Camp Bondsteel (Ferizaj 70000, Kosovo) and Camp Film City (Pristina 10000, Kosovo).

The contractor shall provide qualified technicians capable of supporting electronic security systems, alarm panels, sensors, annunciators, PA amplifiers, speaker networks, fire detection devices, and associated control equipment. Work includes scheduled service visits, troubleshooting, component replacement, system calibration, and verification of operational readiness.

The requirement includes support for IDS components installed within the Ammunition Holding Area (AHA) and all designated IDS‑equipped facilities within the BLAHA. These areas contain mission‑critical security systems requiring timely response and adherence to force protection standards.

The contractor shall maintain all Government‑furnished equipment in operable condition, respond to emergency outages within the timelines specified in the solicitation, and provide documentation of all maintenance actions. The contractor shall also coordinate access with military security personnel and comply with all installation access, safety, and reporting requirements.
