Description
The City of East Palo Alto is requesting proposals from qualified transportation planning and parking management consultants to conduct follow-up studies and investigations related to the recently adopted Residential Permit Parking (RPP) Ordinance. The scope includes evaluating existing parking conditions, identifying areas with parking constraints, developing criteria for establishing Residential Permit Parking Areas, and providing recommendations on permit area boundaries, enforcement hours, permit allocations, and program administration.
