The building will be a standard pole wood construction approximately 270 feet long, 95 feet wide, and 26 feet high. The scope includes metal siding and roofing, stainless steel connector plates for roof trusses, uninsulated structure, multiple overhead and pedestrian doors on all faces, and construction at the St. Johns Material Storage Yard in Regina, SK. A video conference pre-submission meeting will be held on July 7, 2026, and proposals are due by July 21, 2026.
