Description
The City of Oconomowoc is requesting bids for a roof overlay at the Fleet Services building located at 801 S. Worthington St, Oconomowoc, WI 53066. The project includes a full inspection of the existing roof, fasteners, and venting, and the application of a 60 mil EPDM membrane in the largest sheet possible with factory applied tape. An optional add-on includes adding a ladder and Bilco type access door from the interior shop mezzanine. Prospective bidders must visit the site by appointment between July 13-24, 2026, and sealed bids are due by 1:00 PM on August 6, 2026, to be publicly opened and read aloud.
