Description

This solicitation is for an HVAC Maintenance Service Contract to provide comprehensive preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and emergency response services for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems at Office of the Agency facilities across the state. The contract aims to ensure reliable, efficient, and continuous operation of HVAC systems and associated controls at each facility or building location. The contract type is for services under a Vendor contract for an independent contractor as per NRS 333.700. The anticipated contract period is from August 21, 2026, to August 20, 2028.
